Accessibility

At MIND Education, our mission is to mathematically equip all students to solve the world’s most challenging problems. This mission requires us to build solutions that provide personalized pathways to high math achievement that are accessible to all students.

Our ongoing commitment to accessibility is to ensure ST Math aligns with W3C guidelines. We have engaged with an industry-leading accessibility firm, who have audited our program and confirmed our efforts to continuously improve accessibility in ST Math.

MIND operates in a continuous improvement model so modifications to ST Math are released as solutions are found. We believe aligning to this standard will provide an enhanced accessibility experience.

Some of our ongoing actions to strengthen accessibility in ST Math include:

  • Establishing a third party relationship with an accessibility firm to conduct an audit on the ST Math educator console, student platform, and supporting sites
  • Remediating the educator console to WCAG2.0AA
  • Conducting an audit on the lesson platform to establish requirements and understand what improvements should be made

MIND is committed to making all of its products as accessible as possible. As our organization continues to learn and grow, we look forward to sharing enhancements, new features, and our continued plans around accessibility.
